Kierland Pool Resurfacing
Plaster, pebble and quartz finishes planned for Kierland pools.
Kierland is in northeast Phoenix, around Kierland Commons and the Westin Kierland golf courses, with many homes built in the 1990s and 2000s.
Many Kierland pools are now on their first or second finish. Owners here often move from white plaster to quartz or polished finishes and update the waterline tile while the pool is empty.
The City of Phoenix tells homeowners to drain pool water into the sanitary sewer cleanout. It says not to drain into the street, onto neighboring yards or into nearby washes. Every drain-down we run goes to the cleanout.
Brighter color than the original plaster.
Sheer descents and spillways retiled.
Attached spas done with the pool.
Yes. We resurface attached spas with the pool so the finish matches.
Most HOAs don't review work inside a pool, but some have rules on work hours or equipment. Check your association's guidelines.
